This is a small rose with three pedals on an 11" stem with a total reach of 12". There are three leaves organically placed close to the flower. The flower then is placed on top, colored a little with heat and then finally sealed with a clear coat to help prevent rust.
 
The metal type is mild steel and will rust if exposed to liquid or outdoor elements.
